What you’ll impact

The role is an in‑home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) providing direct ABA therapy to autistic children in Bessemer City, NC. You will deliver therapy according to a BCBA‑written treatment plan, collect session data, and submit notes. The position offers $23/hour for direct therapy with additional paid non‑billable time and various benefits.

Responsibilities

What you'll do

  • You deliver 97153 direct therapy to a treatment plan and behavior intervention plan written by the BCBA who assessed the client.
  • You collect session data and submit notes for the work you do.

Requirements

What you’ll bring

  • Active RBT certification with the BACB. Not certified yet? Pre-register for our complimentary BT Fast Track program.
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior ABA experience
  • Availability Mon–Fri afternoons
  • Comfort working in a family's home
  • Reliable transportation
  • Able to stay active and engaged in session
