What you’ll impact
Our organization is building an AI orchestration layer for the physical world, predicting upcoming construction projects by analyzing billions of signals. As the fifth hire on a small founding team, you will have end‑to‑end ownership of features, working closely with founders and clients to shape product and technology. This role blends product, customer interaction, and engineering responsibilities.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Hunt for non-obvious signals that predict new construction projects.
- Turn raw signals into robust features for the core prediction layer.
- Own features end-to-end, from initial idea and design to production deployment.
- Collaborate directly with founders and clients to define product direction and technical solutions.
- Ship real software to real users, prioritizing impact over theoretical perfection.
Requirements
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on experience building and deploying LLMs into production environments.
- Desire to own the full stack end-to-end, including direct interaction with customers.
- Strong curiosity; you ask questions and drive solutions rather than waiting for a spec.
- Based in New York or willing to relocate, and happy working in person five days a week.
