The Senior Release Manager will lead end‑to‑end release planning, coordination, and production deployments while driving automation and continuous improvement of release processes. The role requires strong hands‑on experience with AWS, Jenkins, Groovy scripting, CI/CD pipelines, and excellent stakeholder‑management and communication skills.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Manage end-to-end software release planning, coordination, and production deployments
- Coordinate across Engineering, QA, DevOps/SRE, Product, and Infrastructure teams
- Manage release schedules, dependencies, risks, blockers, and Go/No-Go activities
- Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Jenkins CI/CD pipelines using Groovy
- Support application deployments and release activities across AWS environments
- Drive deployment automation and continuous improvement of release processes
- Coordinate hotfixes, rollback activities, and post-release validation
- Provide release status and risk updates to technical and business stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll bring
- 7–10 years of experience in Release Management and DevOps
- Strong hands‑on experience with AWS, Jenkins, Groovy scripting, CI/CD pipeline creation, and deployment automation
- Strong stakeholder‑management and communication skills
- 7–10 years of Release Management / DevOps experience
- Strong Release Management and CI/CD experience
- Hands‑on Jenkins experience
- Strong Groovy scripting skills
- Experience creating and troubleshooting CI/CD pipelines
- Strong working knowledge of AWS and cloud deployments
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder-management skills
