1. Scope & Who We Are
Intelatek, LLC (“Intelatek,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides staffing, recruiting, and related services through our websites (including https://intelatek.com and https://jobs.intelatek.co), applications, and tools (collectively, the “Services”). This Policy applies to personal information we handle in the United States.
This document is organized to be easy to read online and to print on standard A4/Letter paper. Headings summarize the topic, and the paragraphs below describe what data is in scope, how we use it, and the controls available to you.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 You Provide
- Contact details, resume/CV, work history, skills, preferences, interview notes, right-to-work documentation where applicable.
- Communications with our team by email, phone, SMS, or through our forms and portals.
2.2 Automatic Collection
- Device, browser, IP address, cookie identifiers, usage logs, and approximate location.
2.3 From Third Parties
- Background or credentialing vendors (with consent), job boards/ATS integrations, referrals, and publicly available sources.
2.4 Sensitive Data
Collected only where necessary and lawful (for example, background checks with consent).
We collect only the minimum data needed to provide the Services and meet legal requirements. Where we request optional fields (for example, preferred locations or role types), those are used to improve matching and communications.
3. How We Use Personal Information
- Match candidates to jobs and deliver recruiting services.
- Communicate about roles, interviews, and status updates.
- Verify identity, eligibility, and compliance requirements.
- Operate, secure, and improve the Services (analytics, quality, debugging).
- Meet legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
When we process information for multiple purposes (for example, recruiting and platform security), we apply the most protective controls that apply to the data. We avoid using data for materially different purposes without notice or additional consent where required.
4. Disclosures (Sharing)
- Clients/employers for recruiting and hiring decisions.
- Service providers (hosting, communications, analytics, background checks) under contract.
- Legal authorities where required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- In connection with mergers, acquisitions, or asset transfers subject to safeguards.
We do not sell personal information for money. Where cookies or advertising technology could constitute “sharing” or targeted advertising, we honor applicable notice and opt-out rights (including recognized Global Privacy Control signals where required).
We contractually require service providers to use personal information only for the services they deliver to us and to protect it with reasonable security measures.
5. Retention
We retain personal information as needed for recruiting, legal, and business purposes, then delete or de-identify it consistent with our retention schedule and applicable law.
Retention periods vary by data type. For example, application data may be retained to consider you for future roles unless you ask us to delete it, while system logs may be retained longer for security and compliance.
6. Your Choices & Rights

7. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No system is 100% secure.
Safeguards include access controls, encryption in transit where supported, vendor due diligence, and incident response procedures designed to detect and contain potential issues.
8. Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
