Intelatek provides staffing, recruiting, and related services, including job listings and candidate tools. We do not guarantee employment, interviews, compensation, or hiring outcomes.
We aim to keep listings accurate and current, but availability can change quickly. Use the Site as a resource to explore roles and connect with our team; confirm any critical details directly with us during the hiring process.
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Site and have legal capacity to accept these Terms.
You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Provide accurate, current information and promptly update it.
If you suspect unauthorized access, change your credentials and notify us. We may disable or limit accounts to protect users and the platform.

All Site content (logos, text, UI, software) is owned by Intelatek or its licensors and protected by IP laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness, merchantability, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Intelatek will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid (if any) in the past 12 months.
You will defend and indemnify Intelatek against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the “Effective date.”

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflicts rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York. You consent to personal jurisdiction there.
